All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas). Processing includes order verification, quality inspection of your Kieslect smartwatch, and packaging preparation . You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully processed.
For customized orders or peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday), processing time may extend by 1-2 business days. We will notify you via email if any significant delays occur.

    4. Shipment Tracking

    Every Kieslect order includes full tracking functionality. Once your package is dispatched, we will send a shipment confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to monitor real-time delivery status .
    Carriers update tracking information every 12 hours in compliance with U.S. postal regulations . If you encounter issues with tracking updates, please allow 24 hours for the system to synchronize before contacting our support team.

    5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

    For shipments within the United States (including territories), all prices displayed on our website include applicable sales tax based on your delivery state . However, note the following:
    • Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon have no state sales tax, which will be reflected at checkout.

    6. Lost, Damaged & Missing Packages

    All Kieslect shipments are insured against loss . If your package shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier and neighbors. If the package is confirmed lost:
    • For Standard Shipping: We will issue a replacement or full refund within 3 business days of confirmation.
    • For Expedited Shipping: We will send a priority replacement with expedited delivery at no extra cost .

    Damaged Packages

    If your Kieslect smartwatch arrives damaged or with missing components:

    • We only ship to valid U.S. addresses (PO Boxes are accepted for Standard Shipping via USPS).
    • Kieslect smartwatches are electronic devices compliant with FCC certification , so no additional documentation is required for domestic shipping.
    • We cannot ship to military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
